Showcase Games
November was an action-packed month for showcase games at PSA. Our players participated in several exciting fixtures. They faced off against teams including Cambridge, Oxford, Reading, QPR, Luton, MK Dons and Fulham FC. Opportunities like these are crucial for fostering the growth and development of our players.
Tongue Tied Management Sponsorship For Girls
A heartfelt thank you to Tongue Tied Management for their incredible sponsorship of our PSA girls' teams! Their investment in our programme goes beyond kit and equipment, it’s about giving our players the tools and encouragement to shine. We are so grateful to have them as part of the PSA family, championing the growth of girls' football in our community.
College Students Have A Visit From The FA
Mark Swales the Senior Women’s Coach Development Lead at The FA, shared his extensive expertise from the football industry. He gave an insightful presentation outlining his career journey and coaching philosophy.
Afterwards, Mark led a hands-on training session, guiding the students through exercises aimed at improving decision-making and forward movement on the pitch. This experience was a remarkable opportunity for our students to learn from such a distinguished figure, and we believe it will significantly contribute to their growth and development linking closely to their units that they are learning.

College Trials & Open Day

Calling all Year 11 students!
We’re thrilled to invite both boys and girls to trial for our full-time College Programme, designed to combine high-performance soccer training with a strong educational foundation.
Trial Details:
Date: Friday, 3rd January 2025
Time: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Venue: Harpenden Town Rugby Club, Redbourn Ln, Harpenden AL5 2BA
Pitch: Astroturf

Led by our experienced performance coaches, the program offers comprehensive training, mentorship, and a pathway to success—whether your dream is to play professionally or pursue a career in sport.

College Open Evening
We will be running a Open Evening on Friday, 13th December, from 6:00 to 7:00 PM @ Redbourn Leisure Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn more about our programmes, meet the coaches, and discover how we’re committed to supporting our players both on and off the pitch.

Starting on W/C Tuesday 7th January 2025

Take your skills to the next level with our Elite Small Group Training sessions, designed for committed players seeking tailored development in an intense, focused environment.
Session Details:
Tuesday (5–6 PM): Leavesden – U9/U10
Thursday (5–6 PM): Leavesden – U11/U12
Friday (5–6 PM): Ashlyns – U13/U14
Coaches:
Led by experienced coaches Kieran and Cam, each session provides expert guidance and personalised feedback.
What to Expect:
Exclusive invitation-only access.
Small groups of 1-8 players per coach for maximum attention to detail.
High-intensity drills focused on individual development.
High-performing professional academy players will be in attendance.
High Quality equipment.
Cost:
£20 per player per session.
Spaces are limited to maintain the highest standards of coaching.
